Booking, Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms govern online booking of appointments with the hypnotherapy practice of Liam Kennedy, Liam Kennedy, Bergstraße 46, 24340 Eckernförde, Germany. Depending on the offer, appointments take place by video or in the practice.

2. How a booking is formed

In the booking calendar you choose a service, format and time. For paid offers the selected slot is held while payment is in progress; the booking is formed when payment is confirmed and is confirmed by email. Free introductory calls are confirmed immediately.

3. Prices and payment

The prices shown in the booking calendar apply. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment you receive an invoice carrying your booking reference.

4. Packages

A package includes the stated number of sessions. You choose the first session at checkout; further sessions are scheduled through your personal management link — one future appointment at a time. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

Through your personal management link you can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before they begin. After that, changes are only possible by arrangement (kontakt@liamkennedyhypnotherapy.com).

For shorter-notice cancellations or if you do not attend, the session may be charged; I handle this fairly and case by case.

6. Refunds

If a paid single-session booking is fully refunded, the appointment is cancelled. If after the first full session of a package I am not convinced I can help, I will fully refund the unused package sessions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may contact us at kontakt@liamkennedyhypnotherapy.com about your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal. Appointments already agreed and performed, as well as short-notice cancellations, are governed by sections 5 and 6.

8. Video appointments

Video appointments take place in a personal video room created only for your appointment. You receive the time-limited access link with your confirmation. Details on processing by the video service are in the privacy policy.

9. Note on the service

Hypnotherapy does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
